Walks & Weights – a workout mixing strength and cardio. ½ session walking and ½ session strength-training. This type of workout helps increase energy and supports osteoporosis prevention.

$100.00 - Customized fitness program designed with the use of your own equipment to allow you to work out wherever and whenever you want. Two 30-minute sessions for evaluation and review are required to create this personalized program.


All fitness programs include online/phone coaching upon request. Educational materials will be provided based on your fitness goals.
