I've been training and coaching since 2004 and enjoy helping people of all ages find success with their fitness goals by providing personalized training programs that are effective, efficient and fun!
In 2005 I became a Personal Trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise and the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America.
I've been a runner and cyclist for over 30 years, competing in numerous events such as the Santa Rosa Cycling Club's Terrible Two double century and three marathons, including the Boston Marathon.
I understand that building new fitness habits is difficult and often times we fail.
