I want to recommend Liz Sinna if you are looking for someone to help you with fitness. As I get older I needed some guidance for strength training. She is very knowledgeable and I have really increased my strength but I'm never sore. She works with my issues. She trains everyone and all ages. She does a lot of work with clients at Oakmont. I also appreciate how Liz encourages me to exercise outside of her classes. She's a lot of fun too.
My 77-year-old mother has been training with Liz twice a week for several months now at the Oakmont gym. My mom had a hard time motivating herself to work out despite the desire to do so. She loves working out with Liz and looks forward to it! And I love that it is so great for Mom's physical, mental and cognitive health. Liz keeps sessions fresh with new approaches that target each muscle group. I am never bored. This is not a 'one-size fits all' program. My routine is designed just for me and I love her energy!
